Blend ingredients (I did this by each fruit and the lettuce individually then mixed them together in a large bowl). Divide mixture into two-one gallon containers (I used large recycled water jugs). The mixture should fill the jugs about 2/3 full. add water to the bottles until almost full, cap, then shake to mix. This will give you 32 servings, 16 servings per 1 gallon jug.
