The ingredients for Apple and Spinach Quesdillas are:

1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. apple cider
3 (soft taco size) flour tortillas
1 1/2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 oz. shredded gruyere cheese
2 slices prosciutto, thinly shredded, divided
1/2 large fuji apple, sliced and cut into thin wedges
1 c. baby spinach
3/4 tsp. black pepper, divided


How Do I Make Apple and Spinach Quesdillas?

Here is how you make Apple and Spinach Quesdillas:

1. Combine mustard and cider in a small bowl; stir well.2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spread each tortilla with about 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard mixture. Place 1 tortilla, mustard side up, in pan. Arrange one-third of shredded cheese mixture and shredded prosciutto over tortilla; cook 1 minute or until cheese begins to melt. Arrange one-third of apple slices 1/2 of the tortilla; top with 1/3 cup spinach. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Fold tortilla in half; press gently with a spatula. Cook 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from pan. Repeat procedure twice with remaining 2 tortillas, cheese, prosciutto, apple slices, 2/3 cups spinach, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
