Here is how you make Todd's Sticky Protein Bars:

1. Mix dry ingredients (Oats, Protein Powder and Skim Milk Powder) in a bowl.2. Add peanut butter3. Add water (by the tablespoon) to create a very dense, sticky mixture. I think I add about 1/4 C total.4. Spray 8x8 Pyrex pan with Pam & press dough evenly in pan.5. Refrigerate for a few hours.6.
