Crush approximately 20 Nilla wafers in a food processor, or in a bag using a rolling pin, until they are a fine powder. Mix with yogurt.Puree approximately 1 pound of strawberries in a food processor, add 1 Tbsp of Splenda if desired.Distribute about 1/2 of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of 5 oz Dixie cups. Distribute the pureed strawberries onto of the yogurt layer and add popsicle sticks. Put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
