No cooking involved! Mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix 'til desired consistency. I like mine nice and thick, but you can add more milk or blend for longer if you prefer it thinner or with a less fruity taste. I always make more than I need so that I have some to blend later. It tastes just as good later as when fresh.I really like this for breakfast or a quick snack when I need something but don't want or have time for anything heavy.Feel free to adjust any of the ingredients or exchange other items for what you don't want.
