Here is how you make Low-Cal Toasted Tuna and Provolone Melt:

(A whole can of tuna is about enough for 4 servings if spread lightly)Preheat oven to broil.Toast the slices of bread in toaster or oven.Open can of tuna and drain. Pour into bowl and add 3 tbsp of fat free mayo and mix. Add pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste. (Or your own seasoning concoction) and mix.When bread is toasted, spread tuna mixture onto bread. Then put a slice of provolone cheese on top of mixture.Place in oven long enough for cheese to melt.
