1/4c. chopped bell peppers (I used green)
1/2c. chopped/sliced zucchini
8 onion rings
1/4c. mozzarrella cheese (part-skim milk)


How Do I Make Turkey Pita Pizza?

Here is how you make Turkey Pita Pizza:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground turkey. Season as you like. Meanwhile, chop and slice vegetables. Sautee briefly in pan sprayed with cooking spray of your choice. Spread 1/4c. of the pizza sauce on the whole pita loaf. Add the ground turkey and sauteed vegetables. Sprinkle with 1/4c. mozzarrella cheese.
