6oz Strawberry Yogurt, fat free (I used Yoplait Original - 99% fat free)
1 cup Skim/Fat Free Milk
1/2 cup spinach, fresh, rinsed (used fresh baby spinach)
1 leaf - Green Leaf Lettuce
1 med apple, fresh, rinsed, whole or sliced

1) In Blender, add Rasperries, Banana, Yogurt and Milk2) In Juicer (if you don't have those new super blenders) -a) Turn on Juicerb) Wrap Green Leaf Lettuce Leaf around the fresh spinach to make a ball & drop into juicerc) Immediately add whole or largely sliced apple behind it to get all the juice out from the greens. 3) Add this juice to blender4) Put the lid ON the blender ( I know some forget sometimes LOL) 5) Use the high speed options - Frappe or Puree are good.
