Here is how you make protein waffles:

Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth.Add oatmeal, salt, splenda, and powder and blend well, adding 2 egg whites to blender when needed to help mix.In other bowl ( I used kitchen aid) whip 4 egg whites until stiff peaks form, fold oatmeal in to whites.
