Makes 18 4" pancakes.Place all dry ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend.Pour dry ingredients into a bowl and make a well in the center.Place all wet ingredients into a bowl and mix.Pour weti ingredients into the well and carefully mix with a spatula, until no lumps.Heat non-stick skillet to medium-low temp.Pour batter into 4" pancakes and cook for 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
