1/2 cup of prepared Sugar Free Jello
(Your flavor of choice. I used Black Cherry, but will be experimenting with other flavors as well.)

1oz chopped walnuts (Maybe try almonds or pecans, too?)

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 packets Splenda or Stevia/Truvia
(more or less packets according to personal taste-- SF Jello may enough sweetness for you and you may want to omit extra sweetener altogether.)
