Here is how you make Protein Packed Greek Yogurt w/Flavor Options:

Measure out 8 oz of the plain greek yogurt. This recipe uses Dannon's Oikos (if you use vanilla or another flavored greek yogurt, the calories, fat, sugar content will be higher).Add into the bowl, the jelly, syrup, scoop of protein and serving of glutamine powder. You can also add in a serving a fresh fruit (however, this is NOT in the nutritional calculation). When I add fruit, I omit the jelly.Stir ingredients together until smooth. Powders will dissolve into yogurt... you can always leave some of the yogurt liquid for help in dissolving the powder. I mix mine up the night before eating.There are all flavors of syrups, protein powders and fruits to be used. Banana, raspberry, and strawberry.
