Here is how you make Nonfat Plain Yogurt:

Place milk, dried milk and gelatin in large pan and stir to mix. Heat while continually stirring till mixture reached 180 degrees then remove from heat and cool to 111-113 degrees. Mix starter with a small amount of cooled milk and return all to mixture. Place in yogurt maker for 4 hours. Cool in refridgerator for 8 hours.
