2 bay leaves
1 tsp ground oregano

3/4 lb zucchini, sliced.

Place chicken in pot with water, cumin, bay leaves and oregano. Simmer until the chicken is done. Scoop foam off top as it cooks.Remove chicken from pot to cool.
