Here is how you make Bubbie's Chicken Soup w/ Noodles:

Fill a pot with water and bring to medium heat. Add chicken thighs, bay leaf, and salt to taste, and let cook for at least an hour. If you want a stronger broth, you can let it simmer longer at a lower heat.After broth is to your liking, remove chicken from pot and break down the meat by removing the bones and skin and pulling the meat apart by hand or by chopping.
