8 cups (2 boxes) beef broth
1 (15 oz) can light red kidney beans
1 (15 oz) can white kidney beans
2 Tbsp. basil
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 can mild Rotel tomatoes
3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Here is how you make Ann's Pasta Fagioli:

Brown ground beef, drain and set aside. Saute onions, garlic and celery in olive oil. Combine meat and vegetables in a large pot. Add all other ingredients except macaroni. Bring to a light boil, then turn down to simmer. Cook for 1-2 hours (or more), to allow the flavors to blend. Add 1/4 cup macaroni to each serving.
