5 1/2 cups apple cider
1 can fat free low sodium chicken broth
1 bag baby carrotts

Here is how you make Harvest Pork Stew Supper:

If you have a boneless pork shoulder, trim it and cut it into chunks. If you have the one with the bone in it (like I did) place it in the bottom of the crock pot. Put all the vegetables around it and pour the apple cider and broth on top. sprinkle with spices and cover, cooking for 6 hours or until vegetables are soft and meat is cooked.
