Drop into simmering broth (broth should cover-- can add water) Simmer 35 to 40 minutes.For sauce:In bowl, using electric mixer beat eggs until frothy. Add lemon juice and beat in. SLOWLY (a little at a time) add 2 cups of hot broth to egg/lemon while beating constantly. Pour hot sauce into soup and stir quickly. Heat soup (don't boil) and serve.
