- 1 lb ground turkey - I use Harris Teeter brand pack which is about 1.3 lbs
- 1 can whole kernel corn (no salt added)
- 1 can kidney beans (15.5oz)
- 1 can black beans (15.5oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes & green chilies (10oz)
- 1 packet hidden valley ranch mix (1oz)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (low sodium)
- 3 cups beef broth (low sodium)


How Do I Make Taco Soup - Crock Pot?

Here is how you make Taco Soup - Crock Pot:

1. Brown the ground turkey, drain, and place into bottom of crock pot.2. Pour ranch mix and taco seasoning over meat. I actually use half packet of hot seasoning and half low sodium. I like spicy and I think it gives it more flavor.3. Drain and rinse the kidney and black beans and add to crock pot.4. Add entire contents of corn and diced tomato cans.5.
