What Are The Ingredients For Lisa's Fish Stew Recipe?The ingredients for Lisa's Fish Stew are: 1 can Diced Tomatoes1 can water 1 med yellow onion 3 garlic cloves chopped 5 pcs sundried tomatoes 2 tbs olive oil 5 garlic stuffed green olives 1/2 sm can sliced black olives a sm amount of olive "juice" brine 4-6 oz tilapia filet How Do I Make Lisa's Fish Stew?Here is how you make Lisa's Fish Stew: In a medium size soup pot, pour 2 tbs olive oil and heat. Saute onions til start to carmelize. Add in olives and sundried tomatoes (add olive oil if needed). Saute for about 2 - 4 minutes and add in olive brine, diced tomatoes and garlic. Cook for a few minutes and add in fish. I don't cut up the fish because it will easily break up after it cooks for a minute. Don't cook too long or fish will disappear.
