Set aside. in a large pot, measure olive oil and cook chopped onion over medium heat until it is soft and translucent. Add copped garlic at th end and watch that it doesnt burn. When garlic is done, add tomatoes and tomato sauce and greens. Cover and cook for 5-10 mins, (depending on type of greens). Add cooked hamgurger, the beans and broth or the bean liquid and season to taste. Simmer a bit.
