Here is how you make Salsa Chicken:

Chop up the chicken into chunks. Coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil and turn on the heat, medium high. Stir fry the chicken until white.Add rice in with the chicken, stir, and then immediately add salsa. Fill the salsa jar half with water, so none of the rice ends up sticking to the pan, and add to the mixture. Stir, then place aluminum foil over the pan. Set heat to Medium.
