Here is how you make Jambalaya:

Chop sausage and chicken into bite sized pieces and brown in a large skillet. Drain meat, but save fat/drippings. Fry onion and pepper in skillet with the meat drippings until soft.Add meat, onion, pepper, ro tel, beans, rice package and water to large pot. Stir well to get spices mixed.
