Makes approximately 10-1/2 cup servings- Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.- Add garlic and onion and saute for 1-2 minutes, until softened.- Add in dry rice and stir for about 5 minutes until rice turns a golden brown.- Add in broth and tomato sauce slowly while stirring.- Stir and bring to a boil.Once ingredients boil, turn the heat down to simmer and cover with lid.
