It's a great dish to bring to a pot luck, and it's really easy to suit to specific needs. I've made it gluten free by getting specific pie crusts, and vegetarian by switching to egg-substitute.

2 frozen, ready to bake pie crusts

Here is how you make Grandma's Spinach Pie:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.On stove top, cook spinach in as little water as possible, until just thawed.Add bread crumbs until mixture is still moist but not runny. In separate bowl beat together egg and seasonings, then add mix into the spinach, followed by the parmesan cheese.
