Here is how you make Baby Apple Crisp:

Peel and cut apples into chunks into large mixing bowl; toss with lemon juice. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, vanilla and corn starch; stir until thoroughly combined. Place liners in muffin tins and evenly distribute apples in liners. In another bowl, combine butter, flour, oats, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until completely combined (it's much more fun to use your hands than a spoon :) ). Sprinkle topping over apples. (Try not to put too much topping on each because it will keep the topping from getting crisp)Bake at 375 for 10 minutes, or until topping is slightly browned.
