Wash cranberries, remove squishy ones. Peel orange, part in sections. Wash apple, cut in quarters and remove seeds. Scrub celery and cut in quarters.If you have a food processor, chop and blend the fruit and celery. If you have only a blender, it will take longer: chop orange, apple, and celery by hand and then whirl in blender with cranberries, a handful at a time. In a bowl, mix with grated orange peel and Splenda.
