Cream sugar and butter together. Add egg and bananas. Mix, then add flour,salt,and baking soda. Finally add chocolate chips (mini morsels are great with this). Bake in agreased loaf pan for 1 hour, or until dry when tested.** double the recipe for baking in a bundt pan.***if using 8x3 3/4 loaf pan, double recipe.
