Preheat oven to 350Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.In a small bowl mix eggs, applesauce, oil, sugars and vanilla until combinedStir two mixtures together until combined. Mix in apples, do not over mix.Pour into baking pan. Mix Topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes until toothpick come out clean. Remove to cooling rack and let cool.
