Boil squash for 10 minutes and drain waterIn large bowl mix squash, sourcream, cream of mushroom soup,onion, 2 cups of cheese, and 30 (crushed) ritz crackers.Mix well all ingredients together. Then add 2 eggs. Mix well again. Pour into large casserole pan. Cook on 375 degrees for 35 mins. Then remove from oven add remain shredded cheese and crackers to the top of casserole.
