makes 3 -1 Cup ServingsPrep:mix Bouillon and Bragg's in 1/4 C water.wash Kale and rip 1-2" pieces off stock...think bite-sized. don't use the main stock, it can taste bitter. Cooking:Add sesame oil to a med frying pan on med heat.Add garlic and lightly cook.Add kale and herbs. Cook for a minute.Add the vegetable stock and cover with lid.Cook until Kale turns bright. Do NOT overcook...keep it lightly steamed, not turned to mush.Remove from heat. Serve warm as a side dish or cold as a kale salad.
