Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put baking cups in 18 muffin tins and spray cups with cooking spray. Spoon heaping tablespoons full of mixture into the cups (you will need to use your fingers, the mix is very thick). Bake for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. (Note: this was adapted from another recipe and many of them tried adding water/applesauce and found that it did not get solid enough.
