Here is how you make Libby's Pumpkin Pie:

Preheat oven to 425. Mix together dry ingredients. Beat eggs in another very large bowl. Add pumpkin and dry ingredients to eggs and mix well. Then gradually add evaporated milk and mix. Pour into pastry crust and place in oven for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 and cover crust with foil to prevent burning. Place back into oven for 40-50 minutes. Test doneness by using a knife in the center, it will come clean when the pie is ready.Let cool for a couple hours on wire rack.
