Here is how you make Cauliflower and Potato Mash:

Steam cauliflower until extremely tender, and place in food processor. Process until very smooth. Place 1 cup of instant mashed potatos into a small bowl. Add 1/2 cup of reserved steaming liquid. Toss briefly with fork, and add to the pureed cauliflower. Let rest for 1 minute. Add sour cream and chives. Process again until well blended.
