Here is how you make Low-Cal Mashed Potatoes:

Fill a deep pot halfway with water. Set to medium high heat. Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes into approximately 2 inch cubes. Boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Pour pot into drainer in sink. Put potatoes back into pot after drained. Mix milk, salt and butter to potatoes. Mash potatoes until creamy (unless you like them a little lumpy).
