In a medium bowl, beat the eggs until foamy. Add the sugar, oil, applesauce, and pumpkin; beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Beat in the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt for 1 minute on low speed. Pour into a grease jelly roll pan and bake at 350 25-30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Let cool.
