2/3 cups oil
4 eggs

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 sprinkle of ground allspice or cloves

Preheat oven to 350 F and grease 13X9 pan. Mix wet ingredients + sugar then add dry ingredients. If using optional ingredients, stir in last. Bake at 350 F for 30 min. Is finished when a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle. *******Can be "healthied up" by using 1/3 cup apple sauce in place of 1/3 cup oil and 1 cup sugar.
