2 1/2 cups of sugar
2/3 cup of evaporated milk
1 cup white chocolate morsels
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp. Watkins Pumpkin Pie spice
1 tsp. Watkins double strength Vanilla extract


How Do I Make Pumpkin Fudge?

Here is how you make Pumpkin Fudge:

Line a 9 x 9 inch pan with foil. In a 3 quart saucepan, heat milk and sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Mix in pumpkin puree and spice; bring back to a boil. Stir in marshmallow creme and butter. bring to a rolling boil. Cook for 18 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir until creamy and all chips are melted. Pour into prepared pan.
