Combine pumpkin, half cup sugar, brown sugar, 3 egg whites, milk and yogurt in a bowl. Add baking powder, pie spice, salt and flour; stir just until moistened. In separate bowl, beat neufchatel cheese, 1 egg white and 2 T sugar until well blended.Spoon half the pumpkin batter into loaf pan, spread cheese filling evenly over the batter, and top with remaining pumpkin batter.Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
