1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Ground cinnamon

1- 8oz fat free cream cheese softened
4 oz of cool whip - light
1/2 c. sucralose (Splenda)
1 tsp Vanilla

Beat eggs untill frothy, add pumpkin, vanilla, brown sugar and sucralose. Beat mixture an additional 3 min. Fold in sifted dry ingredients, till thoroughly mixed. Spread in a non-stick jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with Pan Spray.Bake at 350* for 8 min. Remove from oven. Invert hot cake on a piece of waxed paper and roll up. Let cool.
