Here is how you make Pumpkin Stew:

Cook pumpkin by placing flesh side down into microwave dish. Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes.. Saute onions and carrots in small amount of olive oil, add tomatos, chicken stock and spices. Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat. In the meantime, cube the cooked pumpkin into 1 inch cubes. Add to stew and cook an additional 15 minutes over medium heat.
