Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.Stir together the pumpkin seeds and butter in a bowl, than add the sugar, salt, and sauces and stir until evenly coated.Spread the seeds in a single layer on the baking pan.Bake in preheated oven until crispy, stirring half way through. About 45 minutes. *I found it was better to do multiple two cup batches of this than to double up the recipe.
