Here is how you make Roasted Butternut Squash with Molasses:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Cut butternut squast lengthwise and remove seeds. Place halves cut side up on baking sheet. Slather a talbespoon of butter all over each half (You can be more generous with the butter if you wish). Use a spoon and drizzle 1 tablespoon of molasses over each half. Sprinkle the nutmeg and black pepper over each half.Roast the squash for 40 to 60 minutes or untill husk is fork tender.
