Here is how you make Whole Wheat Biscuits:

In large bowl mix together all flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add diced butter and mush together until butter is pea sized. You can use a pastry cutter to do this or your hands. Add buttermilk and mix together until dough forms (it will be sticky). Flour counter and knead dough about 5-6 times. Roll out dough about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Cut out biscuits and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
