Mix all dry ingredients, except spices and dried fruit, together in a large bowl. Put oil, honey, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg into a small pot and bring to simmer, stir. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Spread out on cookie sheet and bake at 325 F for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cool, pour back in bowl and stir in dried fruit.
