Small Green Chili Peppers or Jalapenos, 4 - finely chopped
Salt, 1&1/2 tsp
Cumin, 1&1/2 tsp
Garam Masala, 1/4 tsp
Turmeric, ground, 1/4 tsp
Cilantro, raw, 1/4 cup - chopped
Canola Oil Cooking Spray

Here is how you make Aloo Piratha:

Put Parathta ingredients into a bowl, and knead for about 10 minutes, adding enough water to form a firm yet flexible dough.
