How Do I Make Squash and Apple Bake?

Here is how you make Squash and Apple Bake:

Heat oven 350 degrees. Peel and cut squash in half. Remove seeds and fibers. Cut squash in crescents or however you wish. Peel and cut apples. Spread squash and apples in a baking dish.In a pan, melt butter. Add brown sugar and vanilla extract and stir. Bury cinnamon sticks in or sprinkle ground cinnamon. Spread butter sugar mixture over squash and apples. Add walnuts.Cover all with foil. Bake for 50 minutes or until squash is tender. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes to brown top.If using cinnamon sticks: make sure to remove sticks once cooled. Makes 8 servings.
