Remove.4) Take first flour tortilla and cook both sides until lightly browned. Then remove from skillet.5) Do the same with second tortilla, but only on one side. When first side is browned, flip and add cheese, asparagus, and bella mushrooms. Stack second tortilla on top.6) When cheese melts, flip quesada and cook for approximately one minute on other side just to warm again.7) Slice into quarters.
