Here is how you make Scrambled Asparagus Wrap:

Blanch asparagus and red pepper in water for 1 minute. Spray a skillet with cooking oil. Add the green onion. Saute for 1 minute then add the rest of the vegetables and ham. Add the spices to the beaten egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes until eggs start to cook.
