Chop onions and garlic very fine. Fry in the olive oil and add the chili seasoning, salt and pepper for taste. Saute for about 5 minutes til opaque. Cut avocados in half and take the fruit out. Save the skins. Mash in a bowl and than add the onion and garlic mixture.
